Graeme Nash - Managing Director
Graeme has been involved in the joinery industry continuously for the past 28 years. In the 10 years prior to October 2008 Graeme was managing the joinery division of a large company both estimating and managing joinery projects from small to multi-million dollar fitouts. Graeme’s involvement has always been within the high end of the joinery market.

Graeme has a hands on approach, not only overseeing the everyday running of the company, he manages each project from start to finish. It is his work ethic and determination that makes sure each and every project Optima Joinery is involved in is completed on time and to the highest standard.


Rod Smith - Estimator
Rod has been in the joinery and fitout industry for the past 24 years, having spent 10 valuable years as a cabinet maker learning and perfecting the trade before moving into a Corporate Interior Estimating role and then later into his own business in Corporate Furniture. 

Rod’s role with Optima Joinery is to tender various joinery projects, produce budgets, oversee the projects ongoing costs and to liaise with clients on design and their required details.


Matthew Beauchamp - Factory Manager
Matthew has 11 years’ experience in Architectural joinery. He started his Cabinet making trade at the age of 16 and quickly progressed to factory leading hand in his fourth year. His ability in manufacturing joinery is second to none.

Matthew’s role in Optima Joinery is to produce cutting lists, ordering of materials, produce shop drawings, allocate work throughout the factory, liaise with outside suppliers, and meet production deadlines.


Factory Staff

Optima Joinery employs several very capable tradesmen ranging in age and experience utilising them to train and guide our young apprentices to become tradesmen of excellence.

Our site installation teams are a pleasure to deal with, going above and beyond to ensure delivery of the project on time and to the highest standard.
